Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year's housing industry experience.
• Must understand on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Prepare vacants and make-ready units for move-in under supervision of the Community Manager.
• Clean and upkeep daily of offices, amenities, and resident-facing spaces.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Enforce community policies and maintain a professional image with residents.

Education
