Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The role includes preparing vacant units for move-in and daily upkeep of offices and amenities, under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements; regular onsite attendance is required and strong customer service is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness of public facilities and grounds.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Clean and upkeep daily of community offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Enforce policies delegated by supervisor and assets key policy.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to residents.
