Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain daily cleaning of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. You will also handle cleaning and make-ready preparation for vacant units under the Community Manager’s supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and supporting general operations to uphold the property’s standards and image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the apartment community’s public facilities and common areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure offices and amenities are serviced.
• Respond to resident/management requests and timely address service requests.
• Enforce community policies and project a positive image to residents and management.
