Job summary

IWG, the world’s leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is hiring a Community Associate in Minneapolis. You’ll join a busy centre team to welcome customers, handle front-desk tasks, manage bookings, assist with events, and ensure the space is welcoming and well-run.

You’ll coordinate with City Manager, support invoices and IT issues, and help customers access services from coffee to conference rooms.

Qualifications

• Managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and adaptability to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment; eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support daily front-desk operations.
• Assist customers with requests (Wi‑Fi, directions, room bookings, printing, packages) and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate events and communications within the centre and follow up on customer needs.
• Collaborate with the City Manager and other center staff to maintain a productive workspace.
• Handle administrative tasks and support centre services, ensuring a welcoming environment.
