You will greet visitors, assist with IT setups, coordinate with the City Manager, organize events, and provide friendly service while contributing to accurate billing and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service.
• Proactive communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with basic IT tasks (e.g., printers, projectors, Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist center customers and visitors throughout the day.
• Handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Set up AV equipment and help customers with meetings and room directions.
• Organize events and networking activities with guidance from the City Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized center and support overall operations.
