Job summary

IWG, the world’s largest workspace network, is hiring a Community Associate for our Reno center on-site. You’ll help build and maintain a local community, handling customer service, invoicing, and daily center operations to ensure the space runs smoothly.

You’ll greet clients, set up rooms and AV, coordinate events, and support customers with queries while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Multitask effectively while delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate center operations and maintain facilities.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charges.
• Plan networking events and manage notices/posters.
