The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center. Your role involves managing administrative and support needs to allow customers to focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You start your day ensuring everything is ready before opening. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, setup, billing, and other requests. You take short breaks, handle mail and invoices, and support event planning with the Community Manager. Your day ends with tidying up and preparing for the next day.

About You
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
