Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role at our Saint Louis center. You’ll work with customers across industries to create and maintain your own community, handling admin and support needs so clients can focus on running their business.

You’ll start early, assist with inquiries, set up rooms and projectors, charge services, and email customers with updates. Great PTO and benefits await.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center community, handling admin and support needs for customers
• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and setup (Wi-Fi, projectors, etc.)
• Ensure services are charged accurately and invoices are processed
• Plan, write and organize networking events and update customers via invites
• Open service tickets for room or environment issues and assist with signage/posters
