IWG in Naples, FL is seeking a Community Associate to manage daily center operations and support a diverse customer base. You will handle front-desk tasks, assist with AV setups, and ensure smooth service delivery for professionals using the coworking space.

You will also coordinate events, manage inquiries, and help customers feel welcome while maintaining accurate records and invoices. This is an on-site role with a vibrant, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive, adaptable and proactive in fast-changing environments
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries to ensure a smooth visit.
• Set up equipment (Wi‑Fi, projector) and assist with room setup.
• Process service charges, invoices and follow up on requests.
• Coordinate networking events and send invitations to customers.
• Close the day by organizing spaces and updating tickets in the portal.
