Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role at our Lake Katrine center. You will build and maintain your local community, handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.

A typical day includes greeting customers, resolving requests from Wi-Fi changes to package inquiries, charging services, organizing events, and coordinating posters and invites. You will collaborate with the City Manager to ensure a welcoming, productive center

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ownership of problems and ability to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within the center and handle customer admin needs
• Assist customers with requests (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, setup of equipment)
• Ensure services are charged and invoices are accurate
• Plan and organize networking events, write e-invites, print and post posters
• Wrap up the day and prepare the center for the next day
