Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for our on-site location in Triadelphia, WV. You will build and maintain a thriving center community by assisting customers with their day-to-day needs, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless experience that supports their business needs.

You’ll manage multiple tasks, greet customers, troubleshoot requests, organize local networking events, and collaborate with the City Manager to keep operations running smoothly in a friendly, fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership of problems and proactive problem solving.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and routine center needs throughout the day.
• Set up and maintain center services (Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, equipment) and ensure proper invoicing.
• Coordinate with the City Manager and organize local networking events within the center.
• Greet customers, troubleshoot requests, and help customers feel welcomed and supported.
• Help keep the center organized and prepare communications and posters for events.
