Job summary

IWG in Naples, FL is seeking a Community Associate to manage our center’s vibrant local community and support a wide range of customers. This on-site role focuses on hospitality, administration, and service delivery to help customers run their businesses smoothly.

You will greet clients, troubleshoot requests (Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, projector), coordinate networking events, and collaborate with the City Manager to maintain an inviting, productive workspace and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership mindset with problem-solving drive.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and adaptability.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center community, handling admin and customer support.
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi, directions, projector setup, and coffee.
• Manage service charges and prepare accurate invoices.
• Organize upcoming networking events and coordinate invites and posters.
• Close the day ensuring center is tidy and ready for next shift.
