Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Community Health Worker to support community-based member advocacy and assist vulnerable members in navigating health care needs and available benefits.

You will engage with members in homes, shelters, and provider offices, and collaborate with the health care services team to deliver non-clinical paraprofessional support. The role involves helping members access Medicaid benefits, social services, and local health resources, with 50–80% local travel.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of health care experience with underserved or special needs populations preferred.
• CHW certification may be required depending on state.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with reliable transportation.
