Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members as advocate and resource for health care needs.
• Collaborate with health care services team with non-clinical paraprofessional duties in the field.
• Help members navigate and maximize health plan benefits and arrange appointments/transport.
