lululemon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor. You will build relationships with ambassadors, local studios, and community partners, hosting events and supporting product seeding.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership to expand guest acquisition and retention, turning community insights into actions while fostering an inclusive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through the pillars of community foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and position the store as a community hub.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership to guide events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
