Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Community Specialist at West County Center to drive the store's community strategy through relationship building, events, and partnerships. You will contribute to guest experience on the floor, share community insights with leadership, and help with product seeding alongside ambassadors and local studios.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or higher

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store’s standing as a community hub
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
• Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify insights and recommendations with store leadership
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
