lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to drive the store's community strategy, building relationships with ambassadors, studios, and local partners while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, manage local partnerships, and support product seeding. The role focuses on inclusive, community-minded engagement and events to grow guest acquisition and retention in the store’s footprint.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and expand partnerships.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
