Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy in Woodburn. You will build relationships with ambassadors, studios, and partners, while delivering an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and supporting product seeding with local communities.

The role involves engaging with neighbors and brands, hosting events, and using data to optimize community initiatives. A friendly, inclusive mindset and ability to travel locally are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement Community strategy and guest experience across store activities.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and other partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and strengthen the store’s community presence.
• Interact with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership for events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that celebrates differences and supports all team members.
