• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement.
• Experience in grassroots marketing or community building is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community-related data to share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
