Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and creates a warm, welcoming environment.
• Stewards the financial management by creating and submitting daily/weekly reports.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing standards and applicable laws.
• Mentors onsite staff and develops professional skills.
• Guides staff on policies and announcements; communicates requirements.
• Represents the company professionally to residents and vendors.
• Operates security systems and office devices on site.
• Maintains resident files with confidentiality.
• Manages maintenance/work orders to timely resolutions.
• Resonds to after-hours issues as needed to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Trains and supervises onsite staff following policies and core values.
• Drives property performance through resident events, marketing, and retention efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
