Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Community Director to oversee day-to-day operations, monitor resident satisfaction, and lead property staff across the community. You will manage vendor relations, financial reporting, and leasing performance to meet goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in multi-family property management and a proven record of coaching teams, improving service, and maintaining compliance with fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience leading a team with goals and accountability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Ability to mentor onsite staff and model company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all residents and proactively solve issues.
• Steward financial management by creating, reviewing, and submitting daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing standards and laws.
• Mentor and develop onsite staff.
• Represent Bedrock Property Management to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Oversee property maintenance and work orders to resolve issues promptly.
• Drive property performance through resident events and marketing focused on retention.
