Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Director in Nashville to support daily operations and resident satisfaction. You will assist in vendor relations, ensure timely maintenance, and provide data and reports to support leasing and financial goals.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and a proactive approach to improve property performance while representing Bedrock to residents, vendors, and employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property management experience.
• Leasing or community manager experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team with positive motivation and accountability.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist in financial management with daily and weekly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing laws and other regulations.
• Develop professional skills and seek continual growth and learning.
• Represent BEDROCK professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operate on-site systems and equipment; maintain files.
• Drive property performance through resident events and retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
