Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Nashville seeks a Community Director who will lead day-to-day operations, oversee property staff, manage vendor relations, ensure timely maintenance, and drive leasing and financial performance for the community.

You will provide exemplary resident service, generate daily and weekly financial reports, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, mentor onsite teams, and represent Bedrock to residents, vendors, and owners. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience as Community/Property Manager preferred.
• Customer experience-focused.
• Ability to lead a team with motivation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents.
• Manage daily and weekly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other applicable regulations.
• Mentor onsite staff and develop professional skills.
• Represent the company to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Oversee property maintenance and timely work orders.
• Drive property performance through resident events and retention.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
