Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a courteous, security-minded Guest Services Associate for our Orlando community. You will greet guests, monitor entry, and coordinate with staff to maintain safety and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include open communication with residents, proper phone etiquette, maintaining key control, and timely reporting of incidents. Prior hospitality experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus; hours vary by property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software to perform tasks and have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a standing upright position and provide high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Coordinate with office staff to maintain and update unit owner information in the database.
• Utilize proper phone etiquette for all calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations and any security concerns to supervisors.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage or theft to management.
• Maintain the key control system and ensure keys are secure at all times.
• Be familiar with fire alarm operations and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies and coordinate with responders.
• Write daily activity and incident reports, including equipment or property issues.
• Report maintenance items (burned-out lights, leaks, etc.) to the Association office daily.
