Job summary

IWG in San Diego is seeking a Community Associate to help build and maintain a thriving center community, handling administrative and support needs so clients can run their business smoothly.

You’ll greet customers, troubleshoot wifi, direct them to meeting rooms, handle invoices, coordinate events and posters, and keep the center tidy — all while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a stable schedule with a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience preferred (1+ years).
• Ability to own problems and determine solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help with their center needs (Wi‑Fi codes, directions, packages).
• Manage service requests and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Plan and coordinate networking events and posters in the center.
