Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain your center's community and assist customers with admin tasks.
• Help customers with requests like Wi-Fi codes, directions, and event setup.
• Coordinate services, ensure accurate invoicing, and support office tasks and events.
• Open service tickets for center issues and liaise with the City Manager.
