Job summary

IWG in Madison, WI is seeking a Community Associate to support a dynamic coworking center. You will assist customers, handle inquiries, and help with daily operations to ensure smooth center experience.

You’ll set up rooms, assist with tech needs and coffee services, and aid in scheduling events. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service and are comfortable with MS Office and basic IT tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to use MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests throughout the day.
• Set up rooms, projectors, and coffee service for meetings.
• Manage check-in, wifi codes, and package deliveries.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on events and notices.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for services and tickets.
