IWG plc is seeking a friendly, proactive Community Associate in Brookfield, WI, to help manage daily center operations and support a growing community of customers. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure smooth service delivery to enable clients to run their businesses.

You’ll assist with WiFi, printing, invoicing, and event setup, while fostering strong relationships with members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Good communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle administrative tasks and center operations, including ticketing and invoicing.
• Set up equipment (WiFi codes, projectors) and support meetings.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on events and promotions within the center.
