Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests throughout the day.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on events and center activities.
• Set up and manage room reservations, projectors and AV equipment as needed.
• Ensure services are accurately charged and invoices are correct.
