Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, WiFi code changes, and package arrivals.
• Help customers with printing, invoices, and finding meeting room directions.
• Set up projectors and connect equipment as needed.
• Support event planning and posters for networking events.
• Maintain tidy centers and open tickets for service requests.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to ensure smooth operations.
