Job summary

IWG in Madison is seeking a Community Associate to support daily center operations, assisting members with inquiries, printing, packages, and room setup. You will help connect customers to services, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage tasks in our service portal, while delivering friendly, proactive help throughout the day.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events and create notices, posters, and communications that drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive in fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-person with inquiries, printing, and packages.
• Set up equipment and help with meeting room needs and WiFi codes.
• Manage center operations, invoicing, and service portal tickets.
• Coordinate events and community networking activities.
• Maintain a tidy center and support colleagues.
