Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of related work experience is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurance may be required.
• Willingness to travel between communities daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the operating unit.
• Promptly handle resident escalations and resolve questions and concerns.
• Supervise maintenance of common areas and vacant units per standards.
• Direct administrative resident services tasks and retention activities.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to Resident Services staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
• Drive efficiency by adopting new and existing technologies.
