Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities in Irvine, CA is seeking a Community Manager to lead all aspects of the property’s operations, including onsite team leadership, financial performance, resident relations and property aesthetics.

The role involves coaching staff, overseeing leasing, building relationships with residents and vendors, and monitoring metrics to meet company targets while ensuring policy compliance. A CA driver’s license is required and after-hours availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two years of management experience in a customer service environment; leasing experience preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Must be on call for after-hours emergencies and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team and operations for the community.
• Oversee financial performance, budget variance analysis, and forecasting input.
• Develop resident relations and effective communications plan.
• Actively coach the leasing process and oversee leasing manager at larger properties.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors and internal partners for best-in-class service.
• Monitor key metrics and drive renewal/occupancy goals; track NTVs and NPS feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and corporate standards.
