The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) in New York to support customer experience and sales across a community setting. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

The ETM will excel in communication, problem-solving and reliability, working daytime hours with on-call rotation. Candidates should enjoy a dynamic team environment and have a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Sales: Prioritize interactions and communication with customers; provide tours; provide feedback on sales barriers and objections; execute sales and engagement initiatives; assist with local marketing opportunities and messaging; engage on social media; plan and promote customer experience initiatives; represent the community positively.
• Property Administration: Maintain general knowledge of community, market and policy; log and retrieve customer packages; assist with housekeeping of office and amenities; schedule and follow up on maintenance requests; maintain office organization; assist with after-hours lock-out duties.
