You will welcome customers, set up rooms and equipment, process requests, and ensure accurate billing. The role emphasizes multitasking, friendly service, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center's community and handle administrative needs for customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, check Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and setup for meetings.
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center and assist City Manager as needed.
• Ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate.
