Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering great service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to own problems and find effective solutions.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day‑to‑day requests (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, set-up of projectors, coffee recommendations).
• Handle inquiries and route tasks to the appropriate teams via the service portal.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate service charges are applied.
• Support event planning and center communications, including posters and invites.
• Maintain center cleanliness, organize meeting spaces, and close out the day with proper wrap‑up.
