Job summary

You’ll manage tasks across inquiries, invoicing, mail, and scheduling events, while ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience in a dynamic workspace network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (1+ years)
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and setup (Wi‑Fi, meeting rooms, coffee)
• Sort mail and handle package deliveries and notifications
• Assist with printing, invoices, and billing in service portal
• Coordinate and support center events and networking activities
• Maintain center cleanliness and ensure space is ready before open
