Job summary

IWG plc is hiring a Community Associate in New York City. You’ll support customers across industries, maintaining your center’s community and handling administrative tasks so customers can focus on their business.

You’ll start and organize daily openings, assist with Wi-Fi changes, packages, meeting room directions, and projector setups while ensuring services are charged correctly. The role emphasizes friendly service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in fast-changing environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, resolve inquiries, and coordinate services in the center.
• Open service tickets and connect customers to the right team for support.
• Organize networking events and manage invitations and posters.
• Track customer communications and ensure timely follow-ups and invoicing.
