Job summary

IWG is expanding its community-focused centers in Orlando, Florida. As a Community Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming center experience, handle admin tasks, and support customers so they can focus on their business needs.

You’ll greet visitors, troubleshoot wifi or package inquiries, arrange meeting-room setup, and coordinate center services while ensuring accurate billing and a smooth daily operation. A positive, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving.
• Positive, adaptable to change.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage administrative tasks to support centers.
• Help with WiFi, packages, directions, and AV setup.
• Ensure services are billed accurately and invoices are correct.
• Coordinate networking events and center activities.
• Maintain center readiness and cleanliness.
