Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, meeting room setup).
• Ensure services are properly charged and invoices accurate.
• Support day-to-day center administration and events planning.
• Coordinate with the City Manager for networking events and posters.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center and ensure a positive customer experience.
