Job summary

IWG in Miami is seeking a friendly Community Associate to manage daily customer needs in our center. You’ll assist clients, connect WiFi, help with packages, set up meeting rooms, and ensure services are charged accurately while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll work with the Community Manager on events, print posters, invite customers to networking sessions, and keep the center tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive problem solving and guest service focus
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the community center and handle inquiries
• Set up meeting rooms, connect devices and projectors, and help withWiFi and packages
• Ensure services are charged accurately and invoices are correct
• Coordinate with Community Manager on events and networking activities
• Prepare posters and invites, and maintain a welcoming center environment
