IWG is seeking a Community Associate in Greenville, SC to manage a busy on-site center, assist customers with day-to-day requests, and coordinate services such as Wi‑Fi, packages, room setup, and invoicing. You’ll help keep the center running smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Good communicator with ability to build relationships and empathize.
• Ownership of problems and solving them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in center with admin and support needs.
• Respond to inquiries about Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and meeting room setup.
• Handle invoicing and service portal tickets, and ensure accurate charges.
• Organize events and networking activities for the center.
• Help with printing, invoices, and center operations.
