Job summary

IWG plc in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Community Associate to serve customers at our center. You’ll build and maintain your own community, handle administrative tasks, assist with wifi, mail, printing, invoicing, and event planning, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, multi-tasking across front-desk duties, coordinating with the City Manager, and supporting a welcoming workspace.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build relationships and empathize with customers.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across the center with inquiries and requests.
• Handle front-desk tasks, including booking, printing, and invoice processing.
• Set up equipment and assist with meetings and events.
• Open tickets in the service portal and ensure issues are resolved.
• Plan and coordinate networking events and center communications.
