Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to build strong professional relationships
• Proven problem-solving and adaptability
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with center clients
• Assist customers with center services and requests
• Organize events, set up rooms, and handle center communications
• Maintain smooth daily operations and document issues in the service portal
