Job summary

IWG in Denver is seeking a Community Associate to help create and manage a vibrant center community, handle customer needs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll assist customers with room setups, Wi-Fi access, and invoicing, while coordinating events and maintaining a welcoming workspace. A hands-on role requiring strong MS Office skills, communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proactive problem solver with ownership.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day requests and center services.
• Set up equipment and direct customers to meeting rooms.
• Manage invoices and charge services accurately.
• Plan networking events and invitations.
• Ensure center cleanliness and readiness before/after hours.
