Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries, Wi‑Fi codes, directions, and packages.
• Connect customers to services and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Assist in coordinating events and center communications.
• Open tickets in the service portal and coordinate with team.
• Help prepare meeting rooms and set up equipment.
