Job summary

Regus Management Group, LLC is hiring a Community Associate in Dallas to manage a center community, assist customers, and coordinate services and events. You will handle inquiries, set up equipment, and ensure accurate billing while supporting a welcoming, professional workspace.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort with MS Office. This on-site role offers a balanced schedule and opportunities to grow within the IWG network.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build relationships and empathize with customers (1+ years of customer service)
• Ability to own and resolve problems
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a community within the center to support customers’ needs
• Manage daily customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring accurate invoicing and charges
• Assist with setup (Wi‑Fi, projectors) and provide directions or recommendations as needed
• Coordinate events and networking activities for center engagement
• Maintain center tidiness and assist with post-visit follow-ups and communications
