Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, resolve inquiries, and connect them with services.
• Manage center operations and ensure accurate invoicing and service charges.
• Set up meeting rooms, assist with AV equipment and provide directions.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers about events and center activities.
• Keep the center tidy and organized, supporting a positive guest experience.
