Job summary

Regus is seeking a Community Associate to join our Brookfield center, working closely with customers to create and maintain a vibrant community. You will handle daily administrative tasks, assist with inquiries, set up meeting spaces, and ensure accurate invoicing while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Community Manager on events, post notices, and help growing the IWG network within your center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to own problems and drive solutions.
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive in fast-changing environments.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain a welcoming center environment.
• Handle inquiries, assist with WiFi, packages, directions, and meeting room setup.
• Process service charges and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Open tickets in the service portal for issues like room temperature and AV setup.
• Coordinate events and create promotional materials for networking events.
• Wrap up the day and prepare the center for the next shift.
