Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate for our on-site center at 44 Abele Rd, Beacon 1, Bridgeville, PA 15017. You will support customers across industries, manage daily center operations, and help with setup, printing, and inquiries to keep clients focused on their business.

You’ll juggle multiple tasks, ensure accurate billing, and partner with the center team to maintain a welcoming environment and seamless service for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and setup (Wi-Fi, meetings, projectors)
• Manage daily center operations and invoicing accuracy
• Coordinate with City Manager and center team for events and posters
• Handle multiple tasks to ensure smooth customer experiences
